If the product (Persian Rugs) is faulty or defective on arrival, we offer full replacement or full refund including postage.
This offer also applies to all sales item products.
Products must be in usable and resell-able condition, and to be returned in their original status and packaging.
Products damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence are not eligible.

If an exchange or refund of the Persian Rugs you bought is required, then please:

– Call our customer service and ask for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
– Return the items to us, within two weeks of purchase date.
– Use Registered Post to send back the parcel.
– Provide us with the tracking ID of the parcel.

Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of us receiving the goods with notification confirmed via the post.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or dampened with.
