How Our Process Works (Simple 2 Steps)
Step 1 — Choose a Like-for-Like Replacement & Pay 20% Deposit
Visit our website or our Booragoon showroom to find a similar (like-for-like) rug in size, design and quality to the one that’s been lost or damaged. Once you select a replacement, place a 20% down payment to secure it. There are no other fees for our quotation or paperwork — the deposit goes directly towards your new rug.
Step 2 — We Prepare the Professional Quotation (with Your Claim No.)
After the deposit, we prepare a formal written valuation and quotation including rug details (size, origin, material, workmanship) and the replacement value. We add your insurance claim number and email the document to you for submission to your insurer. Once your claim is approved, simply pay the remaining balance and take home your replacement rug.
We provide this service to clients who will replace their rug with us. There are no additional quotation fees beyond your 20% deposit.
