It has a pure hand-spun wool pile on a wool base. The rug showcases a vibrant red tone that has been dyed using traditional methods. It features an allover geometric design that is renowned as the Bokhara pattern. The rug exhibits fine workmanship, and it would have taken a weaver approximately 4 months to weave it. It was hand-woven in East Persia. The size of the rug is 210 x 135 cm, and its gallery replacement value is estimated at $2390.
