Certified Hand Knotted Persian Hall Runner Rug 203x88cm
A superb vintage Persian Qum runner in a versatile size, perfect as a bedside rug or short hallway runner. Hand woven in Central Persia using a lamb’s wool pile on a cotton base, this piece offers both softness and durability. It features a stunning central medallion with intricate floral and rose motifs, a true reflection of fine Persian craftsmanship, taking approximately 4–6 months to weave.
The colour palette is rich and classic, with a deep red field complemented by a navy blue border, and detailed highlights of ivory/cream, soft gold, olive green, and subtle light blue tones, all traditionally dyed to achieve a warm and timeless look.
This is a genuine vintage piece and shows minor age-related character, including a slight colour run on one corner (refer to photos). It is not highly noticeable but has been considered in a further discounted price, offering excellent value for an authentic handmade Persian rug.
Size: 203 x 88 cm | Origin: Qum, Iran | Gallery Value: $2995
